Discover 100 IP Camera sources from streaming webcams

I would like to get up to 100 IP camera sources from a number of streaming video cameras on the web. And some selected webcams where it is quite hard to access their image URL's. I will give a list of 100 Internet cameras that I would like the camera sources from Would like to have this job completed within five days The person that I require to assist me with this project will require to have the following skills - Good understanding of TCP/IP protocol - Understanding of Client/Server applications - FTP transfer protocol - HTML knowledge - JavaScript knowledge - Understanding of IP camera functionality - understanding of streaming technologies, video and image compression and formats Can be a plus: - working before with different types of IP camera, video servers - XML data format - server side scripting (CGI, Perl, PHP, C++) - other client or server programming languages
