Customize and Add to a Professional Business Joomla Site

PLEASE READ THROUGH CAREFULLY. I REQUIRE SOMEONE THAT IS A PROFESSIONAL WITH JAVASCRIPT, CUSTOMIZATION OF JOOMLA, FLASH, SEO, AND SOCIAL NETWORKING. THANK YOU. I have a precious metals investment company that requires a professional website to generate leads and keep current clients up to date with market news. I currently have a Joomla 1.5 template that I will need installed and customized on a GoDaddy hosting server. I am looking to build a website that is seamless between updating information, social networking(Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter), a newsletter (mailchimp?), and a blog (Wordpress). I will be doing most of the articles, newsletter, and updating content so I want it to be as simple and easy as possible. I will need a flash design for the main page. I will require a custom Live Quotes gadget (javascript?) that will use an XML feed that I will supply. As far as I know, this is the best way to put this together but I require someone to help me plan it out and find the best way of doing it. I already have the template. SEO is a must!
