Custom OS Commerce installation

I need a custom osCommerce installation, with the included design and added customizations. 1) the standard UPS shipping module modified so that if a product that is marked for Pallet shipping only is in the cart, the UPS module will not show up. This will need to have a check box added to the item page in the admin section so that products can be marked "pallet shipping only". For pallet shipping, the included options should be used for zone shipping. 2)the standard "most popular items" function that osCommerce uses (displays the 4 most popular products at the bottom of an item description page) needs to be modified to allow certain products to be displayed depending on what item is being viewed, or what items are in the cart. This will require a feature added to the admin section to define these suggestion combinations. 3)a certain product will be customized signs, that are built to order for the customer. We need some way for the client to type in what they want to show up on their sign, and have it come through in the order information. 4)they want a wholesale feature, where certain accounts that have been approved, are shown a lower "wholesale" price for items than standard customers. This will require a way for customers to request that their account be approved as a wholesaler, a method for defining different "wholesale" prices for items, and for the cart to recognize the "wholesale" status of a visitor, and show them the correct price, and also add the correct price to the cart. The included .tiff images provide the design, the content pages included provide their respective content, and the "Left Menu Bar" .xls file provides the categories. I'd like the design done first, so that I have something to show. I'd also like the cart to be published on the web, so that I can keep track of progress and notice if there are any miscommunications. If neccesary, I can provide hosting to accomplish this. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
