Cookie script for AWeber form

I have an Aweber form with Name, Email and a custom field/text box - so three peices of information. Page one has the name and email input forms on. When they press submit, they are taken to Page two which has the third custom field/text box on. They the user? fills in the box on Page two and then all three bits of information are sent to sign up via the AWeber form. They are then taken to Page three which is a simple thank you form. So I need a cookie (javascript?) to take their name and email address from Page one and pass them hidden to? Page two until the form on Page two is submitted.
