Clone of GetAFreelancer

I would like an exact clone of GetAFreelancer using php/mysql and html It would need to have the same layout, same features, and same overall design. RULE: I want the script to be written from scratch and all rights given to me. I dont want freelancers bidding that think they can install a copy of the [login to view URL] freelance script and expect me to believe they coded it. I want a php coder who can write this all himself without copying copyrighted scripts already out there. Payment will be escrowed for your security.
