CSS to Javascript(repost)(repost)

This is a 10 minutes job for someone who knows what they are doing. I need to convert 2 CSS file and make them run off a single Javascript. You can see the page at here [login to view URL] Currently It is implemented using 2 CSS and 1 JS (to cater for IE less than version 7) Both CSS and JS inclusion can be found on the page [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Deliverable is fairly simple, you give me 1 JS file which I plugin replacing the 2 CSS and 1 Js and it works as it is. All styling information must be retained. Thanks.
