Assignmnet: Small JSON project

The requirement is to build a simple application that shows data in a grid format. It also needs to periodically check for any update and reflect the change in relevant cell if it gets updated and should flash it along with changing the color to red/green based on negative or positive change if it is a numeric value. The sector buttons are not required to do any action but on hover the color of the text should be changed to white. The sprite images are provided to you in case you need it. Please see attached file. I need this get done within 7 PM IST, 14th Jan 2012. Budget: $30.
