Affiliate Marketing Script. PHP and MySql

I am in need of an affiliate site. The script needs to be similar to the DirectTrack or RevNet software scripts. I especially need help with tracking leads and postback, as I do not know how this works. I would prefer if someone did this script who knows about the DirectTrack of Revnet scripts.
