Admin Dashboard and Site Content Update (Template already included)

Hello, my name is Sarah, and I own a travel, concierge and promotions company in the United States. I have purchased a full flash Royal XML Template from [login to view URL] and I have already had some assistance customizing it and using it to create my website, with very basic content. The name of the template is "Enigma XML, SEO and Mobile Template." I have both my domain name ([login to view URL]) and hosting purchased through [login to view URL], and have been using Filezilla as my FTP client. The template also includes an Asset Manager (admin dashboard) but it is not currently user-friendly and I still cannot perform simple content updates myself. I can make all of the files, hosting info, etc available to the freelancer who accepts my project. My main concern is getting help with updating or creating a user-friendly admin dashboard so that I may make simple content updates myself. I will also need help making a couple of simple content updates in the meantime to allow my site to be more functional. Thanks for your help in advance.
