Actionscript, SOAP, PHP expert for webapp Debug due to server Migration

I use to have a flash app written in ActionScript2, installed on a previous test server. We migrated to a new server, and the website is running fine. The flash app, however, is failing to load correctly and is throwing an error. The data fetching method used is SOAP, and I have a feeling that the XML returned from server is not correct. Somewhere the new server is not configured correctly to run the app, and I need help debugging to fix this issue. Only post if you have good experience with Actionscript2, SOAP and also RMTP connection and PHP as this is what is used by this flash app. Payment done upon successfull debug of issue.
