AJAXIM Mod needed

I need a script called ajaxim (I uploaded it, its a open source program. Google it for proof.) to be moded. I would like to see the price range it would cost me to make the script aim, yim, msn, icq, jabber, google talk friendly. I would like the script to be moded to where people with those kind of logins can ether login directly with there login info or create an account on my site to where when they login it will auto log in to any of those accounts they have added and all of their buddy's will be on one buddy list window.
