create pdf(sql query) with servlet and .xls file

i need to create a pdf file from sql query and a template (contract) the query will return the name , address , phone , state and city . the template is a contract(is a pice of paper no electronic format) that already have all the info , so i have to fill it up with the query and then create the pdf file . the input to create the pdf file will be a .jsp . To manage the creation of the pdf file will require a servlet , and the output will be the pdf file into "c:\ contract". i also need the creation of a .xls file from the same sql query (the fields are name , address , phone , state and city) no especif format ## Deliverables i need the .war file (with .java inside)
