Community Networking site Looking for dependable PHP Programmer

I am looking for someone to work on my PHPFox version 1.6.2 website. I have had my site up for some time and I want to find someone who knows how to work on php scripts and install all of the mods I have bought and get the site fixed and running faster. I am also needing SEO work done on this as well. I only want people with phpfox experience since one wrong move could jeopardize my 11,000+ members that are already on my site. This is a networking community site. If you are looking for a consistent job like maybe 1-2 days per week every week that would be great. Then a couple months when the site is where it needs to be, maybe some monthly maintenance every month. Thanks and I hope I hear from someone soon. I am only looking for a dependable and reliable programmer who can be consistent and without excuses. My site does have some adult content on it in the gallery section, so judgmental programmers do not apply. Please ignore the budget since if you work for me on a consistent basis this will be different. I will also only hire someone with good feedback.
