Application that will automatically place calls to call centres enter queues in those call centres and time until the call is ended. Storing the results in a database.
The list of places to call and queues to enter (i.e. how to enter the queues) must be configurable via backend.
Front end will be a web site that displays the call centres being monitored, and shows average wait times for various queues, at various times of the day.
Needs to be a java app, and use asterisk for calling and Java api for asterisk to place calls/enter queues.
