Statement of Work (SOW) Check Out Process Improvement (Reduce cart abandonment) I am looking for someone who has experience with Paypal integration. If you DO NOT know anything about Paypal processing system…Please DO NOT bid on this project. It is a very simple project but if you don’t know what you are doing, it can cause lots of headache for both of us. 1. Add 2 product descriptions to the front page and change some product description on order page to reduce confusion by the customers…especially the older ones. 2. Reduce degree of confusion experienced by visitors when they are checking out. 3. Remove confusion surrounding the use of the word Paypal during the check out process. 4. Re-do error messages on the form….make sure the error messages are clear and legible one error per line…in more pleasing font…visitor should not scroll to see errors and provide them the opportunity to change those errors. 5. Add Order Review page where customer will verify the information they have just provided is correct…Provide a button “Process Transaction?? similar to “Proceed to CheckOut button?? but with different color. 6. When they click “Process Transaction button?? we should see the Goal page…where they will see indication of their transaction being successful….here their receipt should be displayed to them so they can print it if they prefer. A copy of the receipt should be sent to the email they provided in the form. They should be told the receipt will be sent to their email. You also tell them what we want them to do next….??Continue Shopping?? or what ever we decide. 7. Make sure the receipt it email to me without fail with all the information the customer have provided ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must be functional on the Internet...Must work with all browsers.
