Adding Websites into Directories

I have 158 websites that will be required to be submitted into 214 link directories. I will require the right person to add in URL, Title & Web Site discription for each of the 158 websites into the 214 directories. I will supply URL, Title & Discription for each site. eg: [login to view URL] is to be inserted into 214 link directories.
