Decode Ion Cube - Zend Framework website, plus add ons

Re-coding [login to view URL] 1.- The software installation require a key to install, it’s encode with Ion cube, also it’s built on zend framework. a) I need to decode all the software and re-code it in pure core php, also in the software installation I need to take off the key request to be able to install it and make a simple mysql installer in pure core php. No Zend framework, No Ion Cube encode. 2.- The software, at the backend (Admin panel) has different modules Ex: Hotels, Flights, Car hire, Vacation rentals, Etc. b) I need to add on a cruise and car rental module to be able to be use via API and manually also, both with search engine capability. 3.- The software has a module for billing (Payment Gateway) at the backend (Admin panel). c) I need to add [login to view URL] and a regular credit card payment gateway to accept payments. 4.- The software in the Hotels module, currently calculate the cost of a room, like this: Price Per Room - Per Night according to room type, which is fine, but, d) I need to add on to the current calculation (The one on the software now): 1.- Price Per Child and also, e) I need to add a calculation like this: 1.- Price Per Person – Per Night 2.- Price Per Child Per Night 5.- The software currently have a lot of copyrights on it: by the footer, header, etc. Saying Eicra software or something so … f) I want all those off and a way to insert our own copyright notice 6.- The software doesn’t provide video upload g) I need to add on video capability in all pages: hotels, packages, tours, cruises, etc. To manually upload videos and be able to insert you tube script to be able to upload as well. 7.- The software at the Newsletter creation needs, h) To be able to upload a list of contact email addresses in csv/txt/xml to be able to send newsletter to them. 8.- Last but not least; i) I need to change the look of the web, something different without taking any of the original functions, basically only cosmetic (Make it look nice)
