Customize Wordpress Theme: Awesome

Greetings! Thank you for taking the time to look at my project request. I am looking for someone who excels at working in WordPress to create a WordPress website from my Word mockup into the Awesome theme from Graph Paper Press. The website I have in mind will have 2 pages, a home page and a blog page. The widgets that I want to utilize from jetpack include: vSlider; file manager; Infinite Scroll; Social media plugins including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Vine, Pinterest to be displayed on the sidebar. I have already designed every detail of the website in a word document, but I don't know how to use WordPress. Let me know if you can do this, realistically, efficiently, and expertly. Thanks! P.S.
