Custom drupal theme - open to bidding -- 2

I need a drupal theme - it should have all the features of a site (details can be given in private chat). The layout/design should be unique and creative. Front end Display published competitions Ability to search competition by category, prize, end date and location/region Ability to save a competition for later use/to-participate. At the same time users can save a list of compeititions they have entered. Functionality Allow visitors to post their competitions/a-coupon-code info - If they are not a registered member then the submission goes for moderation otherwise it gets published. let me know if you are interested and what you charge for this.
