Create a Wordpress woocomerce plugin

Hi, I need these features:-- 1. Any user with WooCommerce should be able to install a RingCaptcha plugin. 2. Once they install the plugin, on WooCommerce - Admin section, they can configure their App Key and Secret Key from RingCaptcha. 3. On WooCommerce - Admin they have the ability to select whether the captcha be displayed on the Checkout Page or not. 4. Once a user is on the Checkout Page, the field for the WooCommerce Phone should be the RingCaptcha widget. 5. Once a user completes the verification and makes the purchase, the server needs to make a call to /verify and if you get a SUCCESS the phone number that RingCaptcha returns needs to be stored in the Contact information of WooCommerce Payment would be after work tested as last developer wasted my upfront and time too.
