Card Game Graphics

I am looking for someone who can do a professional cartoony style set of graphics for a card game. I will need ... 1. A Company Logo graphic .. RonnanderGames 2. Game opening logo RonnanderGames Presents Nerts with nice graphic 3. A 800*600 Cartoony Backdrop for menus to be laid on. 4. 5 Nice looking 800*600 playfeilds for the gaming surface(see example). 5. 15 Characters 200*200 pixel ( a picture to choose who you play or such) also a top view for inside the game 70 *40 6. Cursors That is 36 *30 pixel Hands or what have you to match above characters hands(or other depending on character). Some that animate would be cool too Such as a flaming hand or such. 7. Some other things to go with characters for example above Flaming hand might leave some burn marks on the cards or such and possibly some smoke here or there. 8. about 10 card backs To match cards being 71*92 pixels I am using Bmp's so far in this game. 9. I will also need a some winning and losing popups 200*200 should be fine With maybe a trophy Being handed out by a pretty girl or a Muscle man or such. and the lose one Maybe the character Crying or such. NOTE: Please bid this as you doing the whole project. Or please bid on doing a certain number of characters(Some of you may have a few ready to go) Please be specific as to what you are bidding to do and if something will cost me extra. I will provide a copy of the game to the winning bidder so they can get a feel for things. Note: I would like to get all this for under $300 if possible.
