Hello sir, After reading you requirements i understand that you are looking for a professional design website that will give you the possibility to have an admin panel where members can log in including attendance feature. Based on my 4 years experience with languages like Html, Javascript, Css, Php and MySql i think that there are two ways we can use to fulfill your requirements. 1) We can use a cms like wordpress which is a very secure engine and offers us a login page and admin panel where you can update your content at any time very easily. It is obvious that this panel will be customized in order to give you the possibility to create users with proper rights on the website and also you will be provided with the attendance feature right in this panel. 2) The second way consist on creating a website from scratch including the above features. As for the design i assure that it will be responsive so it will look great even if opened on a smartphone or in a tablet.
