Build a HTML Code for My Ebay Site

I am looking for a HTML code to be able to cut and paste into my ebay store every time I need to list a new product. Within an ebay listing space there is an area called description which is where you can put the details of the product you are selling and then also put in sub headings to detail to customers product features, contact us, delivery agreement, warranty and returns section and payment terms. Since most of this doesn't change (only the product and its features) I am after someone to design and write the HTML code for me to be able to use on my ebay site. I have a logo for my business "Beachside Business" and then just need to have this incorporated into the code on the header and footer and make it visually appealing. I am after a beach themed page that has clear, concise beach themed images faded in the background so as not to detract from the product but give my customers the feel that we are a professional and trustworthy business but a laid back feel to it as well.
