Hello. I'm looking for someone with good knowledge in PHP. I would like someone who meets my requirements to develop a blog panel. I as admin to have the opportunity to open up a blog account with any name and blog user should then be able to log in and post, create categories, respond to comments and have the ability to upload your own logo. See Example: [login to view URL] - The layout should look the same. I prefer to pay with Paypal. You work on my server and I will follow the progress all the time. You must be proficient at what you do and understand what I mean before you start work. Very clever.
