add video chat and web cam software to website

this project is to install a video chat software into my site. there are several software out there such as videowhisper and others. the project will be to find a software that can provide a video/ webcam feature and also a chat room. but it the video/chat should be able to come up on an auction. as in if i am bidding on an auction i will be taken to that chat room based on the auction number type and item. it would also be good if you with the software their is hosting for the video and chat feature. please dont worry about the fee if there is any to buy the software or for hosting. this will be taken care by me. your job is only to install the sofeware to my requirements. i put the budget for 30-250. if the budget needs to go higher please post in message the price u need for the job. please keep in mind that i will choose the best and fair price for the budget. project must be completed within the time frame of 3 weeks. if project isnt completed by then. i will have to cancel project and report it as a failed project. please do not bid unless you are certain. if u need to get the url address for the site before making final bid please contact me and i will send it to you by pm. thanks
