Create image from Flash website

All, we have a flash/photoshop html website template at this URL address: [login to view URL] This website template has an animated character. Attached are source files of this site in all of these formats: - Photoshop - Flash We would like an image (png and/or jpg format) of just the animated character. The background should be transparent and/or clear. We would like a high quality, 24 bit true color image. We can re-size it as required on our side. Underneath the picture, the text "[login to view URL]" must appear in a standard Tahoma font. Font color should be dark grey or black, similar to the website. Size is left up to the designer. In addition to one "full size" image (size the character is currently), we require one image as an Icon size/format. Deliver of all original file formats (photoshop, flash, etc ...). Thanks again, Randy ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
