Corporate website design with logo

We need to get a new corporate site designed with a new logo. The company, Newbridge Technologies Limited, is an Asian technology trading company with three branches, each branch having its own website (industries are computers, machinery and automobiles respectively). We now need to have a website designed for the company itself, without products on it, but with links to the three branches website. Pages required would be: -Home page (introduction of the company and its activities) -Company News (the only dynamic page of the site, designer can use a news script or integrate wordpress. We need the option to post news from an admin back end section) -Subsidiaries (where the links to our three branches would be put. Three square boxes, with an image, the branch name and main activity description. Limited content) -Careers -Banking -Contact Us And maybe 2 or 3 more, to be decided. While we prefer to avoid to have the site fully in flash, flash should be used in the top header of each page with images changing. The site should look professional and "high-end", as it is more for image, not sales. The general look should remind of technology and China/Asia. Budget is $150~200 and I hope the site can be completed within 2 weeks of programmer selection.
