Clone of a large humor site

Need someone that is capable of handling large projects. I need a clone of [login to view URL] The project includes the flash player that they have and the CMS and file management system of their site. I want to have user profiles and have a points and awards system for participating in various things. I want to have a games part added onto the site like [login to view URL] (note how the pages are all in html) Users should be able to get points for playing games watching funny videos etc. The design for this site will be done by my designer and all the source files will be given to the project winner. Please leave your portfolios in PMB. I need a serious team because I have dealt with alot of lazy people in the past. The budget is just as an idea.
