Care to be my flash tutor?

Action script tutor needed. No advanced actionscripting, just moving stuff around, with easing, and making certain clips start and end when buttons are clicked. There may be some talking between two flash movies, ie. I load one movie into another movie and my buttons from the first movie still control the second movie. But I'm not sure because I've never had to code that before. I am a flash designer, however I taught myself how to do everything, and thus I do everything through tweens because that's how the flash help files told me to do everything when I started. I want to learn actionscript much better, and I need someone I can ask questions. The requirements for this bid are that you help me when I need it, until my new personal webpage is complete. I require that all questions be answered within 24 hours and occassional IM talk. (I prefer fluent english speakers) In fact I have the main components of my web page already done, but done with tweening.
