Basic Website, flash intro

I want a website designed with flash used on only 1 area of homepage with pics and text across pictures as they flash. I want 5 additional pages. I would like calming music to play on the site, with the option to have viewer turn it off. I will supply all pics and text for all pages. Want to have ability to get emails from viewers of the site sent directly to my inbox. I have an idea of what I want it to look like....also open to your suggestions for design. Would like to be able to do simple updates on the site on my own, after your creation, with pass word access. I have a domain name and hosting arranged-need site to be created and uploaded by you.
