Action Script/ XML Coder Needed

Hi, We are looking for a skilled Action Script coder for an existing project that envolves reading XML files, and synchronizing various flash elements between them selves. This work is intended for a coder more than a designer (altough some design skills will be required). Please provide relevant examples for complex Action Script works you've done in the past. You will start to work immediatley, and will needed to be available for work in the next 15 days. Please state your availbility for furhter works in the longer run as well. Add a "Hearing" window: this will display hearing pronunciations alternatives of the voices in the media file (without their meanings. For example: hearing= "ai layke yu" intention="I like you") with the following specs: a. display the hearing alternatives in synch with the player. b. display the current played word in red font in each alternative. c. automatically rolling the hearing texts from left to right so that the current word always stays in the center of the window (roll then pause on the word, then roll again…). d. selecting a hearing will: i. repopulate the relevant classes above the chart according to the selected hearing. ii. repopulate the transcripts (intentions) window according to the selected hearing. iii. highlight the selected hearing line. e. adding a button for minimize/maximize the hearing window.
