affiliate rewards script

I want to sell a product that will the memebr can sign up for offers and get the product for free. I to be able to have the the member be able to send referrals to 3-5 friends and have them complete at least 1 offer and this will give credit to member. or have the member have the option to pay the remain balance due. So I need in the admin section a way to select how many offers are needed and if the menber will pay the difference based on completed offers. I also need in the admin section that tracks offers of each member and the the referals of the members and the offers they complete. I would like a way that will keep track of amount of profit made in the admin section. I will send a list of the offer links so I will need to be able to add products to be offered and add and update offere links ass needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
