I have taken over a website that has a php database and admin side. The admin side allows us to add members, send out e-mails, add meeting dates, etc. There are some coding problems and the e-mail feature is not working corectly. Need someone very good with php who can find the errors on the site. The coder who originally wrote the code has indicated he is too busy to fix it and does not have the original files. In his e-mail he indicated "These problems usually come from overwriting files or find-and-replace operations." Don't know if this information helps or not. I have attached the current php files for your review. Also, whoever gets the bid will need to comment the code. The previous web developer left almost no comments, making it difficult for me to understand what he did.

I have attached the php files for the site. The previous web developer did not comment very well. Whoever gets the project will need to put in comments for the work that they do so that I can understand their adjustments to the code. Thanks for bidding.
