A detailed Alcoholics Anonymous Meetings database that would be accessible by "verified monitors" chosen by the adminsitator (me) to monitor updates and changes within a given state, county, region,... meeting listings would detail a photo upload, meeting address, time, type, directions thru mapquest, contact person, town, county, symbols verifying typw of meetings.. O= Open Speaker-Everyone Welcome C=Closed meeting-For Alcoholics Only S=Speakers Meeting D=Discussion Meeting ST=Step Meeting B=Beginners Meeting BB=Big Book Meeting TR= Traditions Meeting ABSI=As Bill Sees It Meeting *AL=ANON Meeting at the same time. HC= Handicapped Accessable NS=Non-Smoking Meeting Searches should be by state, then town or county, and times. Second Feature will be a bookers online forum that will allow meetings who take in speaking commitments to post their meetings online in their area to be visible to other groups wishing to swap speaking commitments. Each Group Booker will have an online calendar visible to other bookers to see available speaking dates. A prospective speaking groups booker can apply online for an open commitment which sends an email and a computerized phone call to the booker recipient notifying them of the assigned commitment. The recip[ient booker can respond via email to verify the booking. Third Feature, the ability to create online real-time meeting chat rooms where people can go to talk real time to eqach other. Fourth Feature; online AA store to help sopread the word and get AA related products and literature out to the AA Community. There may be more - deeper detailed outlines of these things to make this work properly, I'd need to hear what you have to say. I have seen some programs canned on the market that parcially do some of this. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php / mysql and able to load onto my front page to add text pages, change colors and stuff, .. ADDED: I would like to add the option of being able to axtract data from other meeting sites with permission from the websites of course, and compiled into our database in our format... please speak with me about this if it is not realistic... thanks
