Directory-type Website / PHP or ASP or Similar Function

The web site I need is for advertisers to post information about their stores and products. I need the following functionality: For store or product owner or service provider: 1) The store owner or product owner will come to the site and create an account. 2) They will create an account with a login and password that they choose themselves. 3) They will be presented with a way to enter a long description about their business or service. 4) They will be presented with a way to post from one to 8 photos. 5) They can also post a link to their own website, which will open in a new window. 6) Once they create their account, they will be required to PAY for the new account to be complete. They can pay either monthly or yearly. For the web site visitor: 7) The visitor will be able to search by KEYWORD and results will display with advertisers that have products or services that match the keyword. 8) They visitor can click on a list of CATEGORIES and choose a category to browse. 9) The visitor can click on a list of PRODUCTS and SERVICES and browse the list of companies posted under that product or service. 10) After finding company, visitor can click on company for more information. Link will take visitor to a new page which contains the information and photos placed by the company owner as described above. Two sites that match what I need done are [[login to view URL]][1] and metalhomedirectory.com. [login to view URL] is MY site and the function works properly, but the design is old and does not match advertisers, but you can create account and login to see function. NOTE: BIDDER 'MUST' PROVIDE LIST OF PREVIOUS WORK DONE THAT MATCHES THESE REQUIRMENTS. THANKS. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Site will be hosted on Windows server using GoDaddy hosting. Site must run within software provided by standard GoDaddy hosting accounts.
