Custom Joomla Template

I am in need of a custom Joomla or CMS website. I am currently using Joomla, but if you feel something is a better fit I am open to suggestions as I have JUST started with Joomla. Our company sells and services bar code and RFID equipment such as scanners, data collectors, printers and Point of sale equipment and software. I would like the theme of the site to represent this and showcase our biz partners. It would be nice if we have the functionality of Joomla w/o the generic look of Joomla. We would like an attractive site. Here are the requirements: * Attractive site ??" Provide new graphics for icons such as news items, flashes, etc * Interact with our on line store. I would like to have the ability to show featured products on the home page. * If we have a login on the home page I would like to integrate it into out online ordering system since they HAVE to login to order something. I do not want them to have to log into 2 different areas. If this cannot be achieved I would like to have a partners area where our biz partners can log into a secure area of the website and those pages would only be viewable if they were logged in and had access. These pages would not be shown of someone typed in the url for the specific page and wasn’t logged in ??" at this point they would be asked to login. * Have the ability for customers to sign up for multiple newsletters or to rec updates from the website from time to time. * An area for software solutions andwhere users can request demo products ??" this would collect basic contact information. Please include a sample of your past joomla work or other CMS templates. The winning bidder will also have the option of providing several other joomla templates to be used by our customers. We will also be looking for Original Zen Cart, OS Commerce, and PSD templates. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
