Create Shockwave for Macs from Win Shockwave project

I seek a coder who can take a Macromedia Director project , designed to run as an .exe (not internet based) and convert the program using a REGISTERED commercial copy of Macromedia Director for Apple so that the program can be run by Mac platforms as well as WIN platforms. I have no idea how complicated this might be, but do know that if it is > than $250 I cannot do the project. If coder is successful, I have other programs needing the same treatment (Director apps to Mac format). This project will also require construction of an installation program for each project which would install the programs to a common company folder/subfolders. The programs are educational in nature and a nondisclosure agreement will be required prior to providing the coder with the source code to assess the cost of the project, if an accurate estimate cannot be based on the above info. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Coder agrees to provide registration number of licensed commercial copy of Macromedia Director to buyer prior to delivery of software project. ## Platform Apple Mac OS- seek advice from programmer related to which OS/system requirements the converted project would run on. An agreement regarding this will be made in writing prior to initiation of the project.
