Convert Word Document into HTML

I have a Word document around 11 pages long with text formatting (color, bold, font types, etc...), various tables and image inserts. I need someone to **replicate it exactly** in HTML form. I will supply the images (jpeg & GIF) & tables (Word) for insertion. I am assuming that someone with Frontpage or Dreamweaver could do this pretty easily. You MUST pay attention to detail and replicate the fonts, formatting and layout **_exactly_**. I need a coder who pays attention to detail. The Word document and other files will be provided to the winning bidder. For reference, I have attached a reference site, which shows the framing and layout required (the Word document will already have all of the required layout). Please note that the site is associated with pornographic material and you should bid if this will offend you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
