Conversions Web Page

I need a conversions web page created. Conversion methods needed are by 1. Liquid measurements teaspoons tablespoons cups print gallon liter centiliter milliliter fl. oz. quart drop jigger jill dash pinch 2. Weight measurements lbs. ounces grams kilograms 3. Temperature measurements Fahrenheit Celcius Each section will need a place where the user can input a value, select the "Convert from" from a drop down menu, and then be able to select the "Convert to" from a drop down menu, as well. It will then automatically show the converted value. I need to be able to input this feature into a page on my website. The page layout is already made, and I would like to be able to easily put this into my site on my own. I currently use Microsoft Publisher - so compatiblity with this program is a must have. I have no idea how this is done - so I need someone with a lot of web knowledge who can assist me in this project. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
