Content management site

I am wanting my current website to be converted to a content management site, where the viewers can upload there own materials and photo's. My current site is : [login to view URL] It is a blog with the wordpress format using the Church theme. ## Deliverables I have developed a blog with the interest of a hobby which is for the construction of Hot rods and street rods. The idea of this is to invite hot rod owners and builders from around the world to offer there ideas through video , photo's and text from there own projects to help others with tips to be able to contsruct there own hot rods at home form there own garage. I am not sure on the way to do this though I have heard the term used as content management sites. Some sites currently running successfully today as examples are: Hearandplay .com , [login to view URL], [login to view URL] As mentioned earlier the site is based upon a Wordpress site using the Church theme. I want to be able to grow this site in the event of attracting advertisers and to be able to make it a sticky site with users coming back. I have only developed [login to view URL] with my own ideas and need the content now from other viewers to expand on this. I am very open to suggestions and would appreciate the feedback on suggestions. There is websites for all types out there and with this model I want to achieve results within this field to be the talking point in this hobby. My main focus at present to gain income will be adsence, affiliates and advertising, with the hope of creating my own products. Thanks for your time. Dave
