Content Management System - ASP.NET/AJAX and SQL Server 2005

In short this is a content management system which leverages the cool features of AJAX/ASP.NET 2.0 and SQL Server 2005..This is a straight forward database pull and push application. We are looking for a individual/company 1)To re-design the website(look and feel) with additional features of about 25-30 simple aspx pages. Excellent webdesign required or improve on the new webdesign already done 2)To migrate the existing data from MS-Access to SQL Server 2005(No big deal though) 3)Develop the above mentioned designed pages in ASP.NET 2.0/Microsoft Ajax and SQL Server 2005.
