Calorie Data Entry (softcover book)

Hi i need some data entry done on approx 14,000 records from a physical 304 page book that i will snail mail post over. So please only place a bid if you have a physical address i can send the book to. the book is? I expect a 98% correct record rate. On commencement of work i will require just 2 pages to be entered and emailed to me to check the formatting before continuing.
