Build a wordpress plugin that works with a custom fms and setup server

Build a recorder and a wordpress plugin that will work with that recorder. The Plugin will allow visitors to the Wordpress Site to press a button "labeled" Preview. showing a screen of what the webcam will capture. Then when another button is pressed labeled: "Record" a video will be captured until a button labeled "Stop" is pressed. After the Video is complete, the plugin will email the video to an address specified inside the settings area of the plugin. We also want the plugin to send information to another email address to notify that a video has been recorded and is available on the server. Set up a server for the plugin.
