Build new feature on website

We need some excellent expertise to create a new feature on our website. _General purpose website: _It supports managers of sport teams and associations to manage their ‘team’ and easily plan events, where the ‘members’ of the team are participating in. Through the forum system, team members can discuss there availability, who takes care of the transport, or to agree who will bring refreshments or materials. The team manager and team members are keeping an overview of the situation for each coming event. Using the website it is much easier to inform all team members, but also to stay informed. Communication goes much easier and administrative hassle will be decreased. See attachement for more details. _The job: _One of the final steps we need to take is the creation of a few new feature, namely customized event templates, managed by the administrator, selected by team managers, used by the whole team. Attached a more detailed explanation. The explanation shows my vision how to do it. I am open for other and better advises, as long as the goal will be reached.
