Hi, I would like a good designer to create a blog theme modeled on the following blog: [login to view URL] I do not know the name of the theme but I see some similarities between it and another one being used at [login to view URL] The theme for the latter website was made available at: [login to view URL] I appreciate that not all coders competent with wordpress customization will also be competent with graphics design, so it is not necessary to get the header/footer looking as professional as long as I can easily replace them with custom made graphics that will be easy to integrate with the site. Therefore, you can use lower quality but similar placeholders for now. I would like full rights to the theme and you must show me some examples of your work before I will accept your bid. This should be an easy job for someone that knows what they are doing and please do not bid if you are not sure you can do this as I a have a limited amount of time in which to have this done. Good luck and let me know if you have any questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Theme must work with Wordpress without any issues.
