Automated retrival of data and insertion into php web app

I have a site [login to view URL] I need a system to scan [login to view URL] every week and enter all new products products, company lisitings and sell leads of australian orign. I need this to also have a way of me contacting these companies when a sell lead is responded to, this part can have some manual input. another site i have a system that retrieves and inserts data from another classifieds site and puts this data in mine. this is functioning corectly except it no longer automaticly gets the images from the site i scan, so you will need to fix this, also the site i scan noe puts a watermark at the bottom of all there images. i would like to auto crop these images using gd or imagemajic to remove this watermark. There will be a lot of ongoing work to do with these projects. and you may end up having a full time job from this ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
