Application precise print out CSS

Create a CSS html page that can be used as template to be printed out. The "Application" that needs to be converted to CSS printer layout is a 7 page long Microsoft Word document with many fields ("Application" will be provided after bid is accepted). The catch is each field must line up perfectly so it can be printed back onto the supplied application. For example, if you print out several copies of the "Application" and load them back into the printer - the CSS page you create must be able to perfectly print out the fields back onto the original application. I will provide a list of fields that must be aligned and I will provide sample data that can be used as place holders for test prints. Also the entire page needs top and left margins. This bid is only for the CSS layout page with sample data that can print out onto the application. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
