C# Application / Web Service

I need a developer who is highly skilled in the C#.net development language. Developer MUST live in the United States, and should have at least 5 years doing C development. Please bid on how much 10 hours would cost. I will use the hours through telephone conversations, planning, and actual development. At end of project, I will need all source code and rights to code developed. I have an existing project and work could begin tonight if I can find the right person! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
