Affiliate Script / PHP

I need a affiliate script program.? What I would like from it is: 1.? Track all affiliates and amounts owed, with reports for each 30 days. 2.? Pay based on percentage of each sale.? Percentage will increase based on the number of sales each person makes.? (First 10 sales they get 10% of the total sale, 11-20 they get 20%, 21-30 they get 30%, 31-40 they get 40%, all others they get 50%) 3.? All sales that I have are 9.95 - So all percentages will be based on that amount.? Also their is a 30 day recurring payment from each customer of 9.95, so the affiliate would get paid their percentage based on each sale from their referred customer each time a new payment is made.? This is not to be considered a new sale.? 4.? The recurring payments should be paid only for the amount they received form the time of the original referral.? (Example: If the affiliate has 10 customers then they get 10% of the sale.? When they reach their 11+ referral customers, then they still only get 10% of the sale from the first 10 customers, whenever the customer sends their renewal payment. 5.? Everything needs to be automated so I have little to do except monitor what payments are being sent.? 6.? I use PayPal to handle the payments and subscriptions so everything will need to be automated with their service. The web-site uses PHP5, apache 2 and MySQL database. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All modern Web Browsers.
