Affiliate Payment Gateway Module

This is a 2 part project - 1)We are creating an affiliate payment module that would allow sites with affiliate programs, incentive programs, or any type of reward programs to pay their users via mastercard/Visa. We need a module to go with out ecommerce program the would allow the merchants to login to our service, upload the files with the list of affiliates/clients, affiliate/client ID and amount to be paid, specify for which time period and then to transfer the funds to us. Merchant needs to be able to transfer a copy of their affiliates/clients data to us and then specify how much to pay that person Similar to this [login to view URL] - the second part of the [login to view URL] site is a good example of what we need so plase explore it. We would then process the list and then either send the merchants confirmation. This needs to be set as a subsription based module with one-time fee or monthly option. There will be varying fees depending on the method chosen, like visa/MC has one fee, paypal masspay is another fee, etc. Most users would be using a affiliate plugin module to do their affiliates tracking using php and mysql so they must be able to import from that same format - our system will use matching format. System must able be flexible enough so that it accommodates users regardless of the ecommerce software they use. We will also need a way for the merchant to be able to login later and send payment to those same payees as well as to add new payees. Merchants will need to be able to get reports of payees, amount, month, method, specified timeframe, etc. 2) The second part is to integrate a concept like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] that would allow all merchants to participate in the affiliate network, allow users to join multiple affiliate programs. There is possibility that changes will need to be made to the affiliate plugin module or maybe create a mini plugin module. Whatever they do on our site they should be able to export that history/information to their admin on their site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform php, mysql.
